Phase I of Woodcreek, a 4-acre master planned site, consists of two buildings for professional offices. The project responds to the immediate needs of the growing Katy, TX business community. The site was designed with these and the client’s needs in mind as Goree focused on maximizing the square footage of office space, providing ample parking, and incorporating foliage and green elements to the site.
Woodcreek can accommodate up to 12 office condos and each include a reception area, four private offices, a breakroom which includes a kitchen, a restroom, and storage space. The site has 42 parking spaces, with front and back parking to adequately meet the demand of tenants. To beautify the space, native plants were added and plenty of grassy areas were incorporated into the design. Each building has ivy planted near the entrances which will climb the steel architectural screens.
Woodcreek has a modern design with a two-tone contrasting color scheme, architectural screens above the front windows, and large square windows on each side of the building to let in natural light.
